In the heart of it all
A village in the center
Mayrhofen is one of the most famous vacation destinations in all of Austria, and perhaps even in the Alps. Here, the Zillertal splits into four smaller valleys - the so-called "Gründe": Zillergrund, Stillup, Zemmgrund, and Tux. Deeply cut into the Zillertal main ridge, which also forms the backdrop of the Zillertal Nature Park.
Along the shopping street, you will find bars, pubs, cafes, and restaurants, mountain shops, ski rental, grocery stores, shops for this and that, banks, doctors, hairdressers, bakeries - basically everything you could wish for. The congress center offers daily changing events - concerts, traditional evenings, comedy shows, lectures, and more.
