The "Mayrhofen Adventure Pool" - a combination of outdoor and indoor pools, wellness areas, playgrounds, and water slides - is located right next to our apartments. A tennis court is also nearby, with indoor tennis courts just a few minutes' walk away. Mini golf, bowling, squash, fitness studios, etc. - Mayrhofen has everything.
Up on the mountain in the ski areas, action is also guaranteed in the summer. For example, at the "Funsportstation" in the Penken ski area, you can rent mountain scooters to ride down the hills or use one of the "Funballz" - large, transparent, inflatable plastic balls that you can get inside and walk on water. The Gerlosstein ski area offers several Flying Fox (zip lines/swing ropes) that guarantee an adrenaline rush.
And for the kids, there are a variety of different playgrounds. A water playground called "Brindlang" (fountain) in Mayrhofen, an indoor play arena in Lanersbach (15 minutes by car), or the amazing "Fichtenschloss" (spruce castle) in the Zillertal Arena ski area.
